3 Trustees elected for a term of 3 years (staggered terms)

Vacancies filled by majority vote of exec board

Shall meet with exec. Board or by recommendation of chairperson

Care & custody of the property of the church as a sacred trust, whether real or personal

Shall keep a complete and accurate record of their proceedings and report at reg. Mtg.

All alterations and improvements to church property shall be recommended to the exec bd by the Bd. Of Trustees

Trustees shall advise the proper officers on all fiscal matters
